“Niki and her team are truly a cut above the rest. Their extensive knowledge (mostly firsthand) of the resorts you’d be interested in is phenomenal. She will go out of their way with the details across your full trip. Up front, they make sure your plans and your trip are going to meet your requirements. They will follow up with drivers, hotels, vendors, and more prior to your immediate arrival. We had small gifts pop up throughout our stay. One other thing; we did it all from 1,300 miles away. We have booked several trips with Niki (including our wedding and 1st anniversary trip) and I’ve never even formally met them... but they treat their clients like they are standing directly in front of them and better than family.
